INSTRUCTIONS

In order to registrate properly and to be quick in doing so, you may follow the step-by-step guide.

First step

On January 23rd, at 9:00 pm, a registration form will become available, and you must fill it in fast in order to secure a place in our congress. You will be able to find it both on our website (http://nemaac.net/in4med/) and on our facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/in4med.nemaac/)

Second step

In order to validate your registration, you must pay the registration fee and send us a proof of payment to the following e-mail: registration.in4med@nemaac.net. In order to do so, you will receive an e-mail with the payment information. If you register for the social program, you must also pay the respective amount. You can do it until January 24th.

After you confirm payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail which will validate your registration.

Third step

Workshop seriation

On a date yet to announce, you will receive a form which will sort every participant according to their submission times. You will later be attributed to your workshops of choice according to this order. The quicker you fill in this form, the better positioned you will be to choose your workshops. Here you will only need to provide little personal data.

Final step

After you complete step 3, you will be given a third form. There you can rank the workshops according to your preference. This time you will be given an extended time limit, so there is no need to hurry.
